The work looks awesome!! Our bathrooms look like new: gorgeous tile, new counter tops, safety grab bars, and an expertly buil handicap ramp going from the washer/dryer area to the garage. Sunday, September 5th, 2021, I rose early in the morning and as I walked through the living room to the kitchen, I found myself wading in a puddle. The water heater in the apartment above mine was leaking. Water flowed down the conduit to my lamp/fan and poured onto the floor. Ben was here in 5 days to inspect and had a crew working on it the following week. They are fast and precise. You would never know that the ceiling and floor were demolished and rebuilt. Beautiful work. Clean and efficient workers. They also repaired and sprayed an insulated door they had installed the month before. It looks gorgeous. This is a family business employing family members and local members of the community. I was lucky that I did not have to wait 2 months (like a manager where I work) for his project to be done. Thanks B&B! It is noticeably warmer since the weather turned cold; the insulated door is keeping the entire living space warmer.

Ben and his team did a wonderful job removing my old single pane windows and replacing them with new energy star-rated ones. They helped me from start to finish and even did the measurements for me so I knew what sizes to order from Lowe's. We had B&B come out and build us a deck in our backyard. This is a project I've been wanting to do for a long time, but was nervous to pull the trigger. B&B made it super easy to get scheduled for a quote. I thought the pricing was fair and never felt like I was being "sold" on anything. Super low pressure and very knowledgeable. A great combination, in my opinion!! Ben communicated with me often throughout the whole process, which ended up being much faster than I'd expected. Ben and John built the whole deck in just a week and it turned out beautiful! Bonus: while the guys were working, a pipe in our sprinkler system busted and they just went ahead and fixed it; free of charge. I thought that was very cool.
